The Basic Package gives you a general overview of the success of your press work. The results of media monitoring and media analysis are available to you in clear reports. Measures can thus be directly evaluated and reliably optimized.
Pro Package
In the Pro Package, we take a closer look at your individual press relations and adapt the media analysis to your measures: We analyze the success of individual press releases and professional articles, evaluate press clippings according to your customer-specific topics, and check in which industries and target groups you were published.
With the Pro Package, you also have the option of expanding your individual cockpit. We are happy to record your SEO activities in 360° Control. We monitor your most important keywords and give you an overview of their current positions. You would also like to monitor your SEA measures? Together we define the key figures for your current campaign and determine the values that are relevant for you. This gives you a meaningful overview of costs, clicks, impressions, CTR and much more.
Booster Package
In the Booster Package, we also provide you with the ad equivalent value of your clippings. We also create detailed comparative evaluations for different time periods or countries for your PR work. For a holistic overview, you can integrate detailed social media reporting into your dashboard. Here we compile the most important key figures on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok. How do I know which package suits me and my requirements?
Personal contact with you is important to us. That’s why the first step after your inquiry is always a short follow-up meeting. Here we discuss the scope and details of your request. If you are unsure which package is best suited for your goals, we can define the appropriate package together here.
Where do the press clippings come from?
After we have determined the appropriate keyword with you, we apply for a clipping service, such as Argus, to find all press clippings related to your brand. This gives us a reliable observation of the classic, digital and social media. We maintain these with all relevant data in 360° Control and also enrich the clippings with their specific information.
Which media are included in the media resonance analysis?
We can adapt the media monitoring and thus also the media resonance analysis to your needs. So depending on the campaign, we can monitor only the classic print media or provide a 360° overview by also capturing online and social media clippings.
I booked the Pro Package because I want to keep an eye on my SEO data in addition to PR. What happens next for me?
To monitor your keywords in 360°Control, we need access to your analysis tool. Together we will define the 5 main keywords for which you will receive regular evaluations as part of your dashboard. For these, we will compile the most important key figures for you. We will conduct a detailed discussion as part of a detailed follow-up meeting after your request.
What figures does the SEA package include?
As part of the SEA package, we record one of your campaigns as standard. To do this, we run the data relevant to you into your dashboard. If you wish, we can also provide you with an overview of individual ad groups using 360° Control. We will discuss all this in detail in the follow-up conversation after your request.
I have a new landing page, just launched an online store or want to keep an eye on the performance of my website in the long term. Which package is right for me?
The Enterprise Package is optimal here. We discuss with you which data from your analysis tool should be recorded in 360°Control. We integrate this data into your individual dashboard and make it part of your regular evaluation.
How long does it usually take to set up?
We will get back to you about your request within three business days. Once all the details are settled, it usually takes three business days for us to start our mission. The minimum term for your monitoring is one year.
Can I still change my package after registration?
You can change your package without any problems, but only at the end of the month. Important here: After changing the package, it is no longer possible to include the clippings already recorded in another package in your evaluations.
