Follow-up meeting
Personal contact with you is important to us. That is why we contact you in the first step after your enquiry. We discuss the scope of your monitoring and assess which package best fits your requirements. This includes defining the parameters of your evaluation together and discussing which areas your individual 360° dashboard should cover. We are available to advise you throughout the entire process. In this way, you receive an evaluation that ideally suits your needs.
Set up cockpit
We use the information discussed in our initial meeting to set up your cockpit. We adapt the tool to your needs and, for example, integrate your corporate design so that you receive your media response analysis in your colours.
Launch
If all your data is available, we can usually start your observation within three working days. From then on, your reach in the communication world is recorded in 360°Control. Clear evaluations give you an overview of the success of your measures. No matter whether you want to get a general overview or consciously evaluate the success of individual measures.
